I recently went out and purchased Adobe Creative Suite CS5. I had to due to the animation course I'm in and it wasn't cheap. Nothing Adobe is cheap. But all in all its the best software for animation and photo editing alike. You can buy Adobe Flash by itself, but personally I would get Photoshop and all that. It much nicer and easier to have everything at hand and a WACOM tablet, must nit forget that. it much easier to draw animations like this with them instead of the mouse.
